Avalanche course STA 1, safety course in terrain of avalanches ACNA, exists in 2 formats:
-From end of week in 3 days and with day trips returning to the town to sleep.
-From weekend in 2 days with mountain refuge

Avalanche course AST 1
20h Training, endorsed by the ACNA that will give you the basic knowledge to be able to start making decisions on snowy terrain.
Knowledge of Terrain, Avalanche forecasting and Group learn to manage these 3 elements and succeed with your decisions.
You will also know the techniques to make an effective Avalanche rescue.

This course is designed to outline this complex world of snow and prepare Mountaineers with ability to make decisions on the role and terrain know how to use the tools of prediction that are available to interpret basic level time and have a good ability to identify Safe and dangerous ground.
